entrepreneur, Dr. Desman has co-founded four successful
national and international ventures and authored over twenty
academic contributions. He is currently a member of the
Graduate faculty of the Michael J. Coles College of Business
at Kennesaw State University and a member of the board of
Carceron Systems Group, LLC. |

| V.P. of Technology: Jeffrey Lee |
| Mr. Lee has always been fascinated by technology. It's
rare to see him without some sort of new "toy" that he just
has to try. Jeff is a co-founder of
Carceron Systems Group, LLC,
an information technology consulting firm. He serves as
Carceron Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice
President. Jeff's role in RealSafe.net is oversee
development of all mobile security solutions. |

| V.P. Sales & Marketing: Pat Dougherty |
| With over twenty two years of sales and marketing
experience, Ms. Dougherty, currently a licensed
Real Estate
Associate Broker in Atlanta GA, is a Lifetime Member of the
Million Dollar Club, recipient of the coveted Phoenix Award and
the Atlanta Board of Realtors "Mrs. Harry Norman Award" for
the most outstanding transaction in conception, development
and completion. |

| V.P. Finance & Operations: Chad Massaker |
| Mr. Massaker has been in information technology for over
eight years and business management for almost fifteen
years. Like Jeffrey Lee, Chad is also a co-founder of
Carceron Systems Group, LLC,
an information technology consulting firm.
Mr. Massaker's role in Carceron is business
development and marketing. Chad serves as Carceron's CEO &
President. Mr. Massaker is also esteemed member of
The Council of Technology Advisors.
In RealSafe.net, Chad is responsible for the day to day
operations of the company, as well as management of its
finances. |
